Event Updates

Due to the recent weather event on the North Carolina coast, it has become necessary to make several changes to the Itinerary.

• The Official Visit for Thursday, January 23rd at St Pauls Chapter No. 79 with Hope Mills Chapter No. 227 and Fayetteville Chapter No. 334 will be combined with the meeting to be held on February 15, 2025 at Aberdeen.

• The Official Visit for Friday, January 24th at Vanceboro Chapter No. 231 has been postponed until Friday, March 7th. 
  

• The Official Visit scheduled for Saturday, January 25th at Seaside Chapter No. 238 has been moved from 7:00PM to 2:30PM, with the dinner now scheduled for 1:30PM.  This is to allow members to travel during the day, and avoid any re-icing that may occur after dark, due to the frigid temperatures forecasted for that area.  As previously scheduled, this meeting will be the Honor Meeting for Donna Chesser, GGCCM and Cheryl Haynes, Associate Grand Matron, and the attire is formal.
