Our reservation block of rooms for the 2026 Grand Chapter Session is contracted for Friday, June 5, 2026 through Thursday, June 11, 2026. Hotel daily check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. A one-night room deposit (including tax) is due at the time of booking the reservation. Deposit is refundable if canceled 7 days prior to arrival. The rate is $147.00 (excluding taxes) per night. The CUT-DATE FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS IS FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026.
