Website Updates

A number of improvements are currently being added to the website which require rearranging of the navigation structure and filename changes.  Your old Bookmarks/Favorites may require updating.  Be sure to browse the "About OES",  "About Website", and "Guidance" pages.   Find what you never knew existed by looking at the "Site Map" page.  2/8/12

E-MAIL

The Grand Secretary is now e-mailing correspondence to Chapters.  If we do not have a valid e-mail contact, the Chapter will not receive timely notices and information.  Look at the Directories near the bottom of the "Secretaries Info" Page, and then test your Chapter's e-mail forwarding address.  If there are any problems please contact webmaster@oes-nc.org.

FRIENDSHIP

One of the strengths of our organization is friendship.  We pride ourselves with the extent of visitation between our Chapters.  For a limited time efforts will be made to post listings and announcements of your District or Chapter Friendship Nights.  Notify the Webmaster in the usual manner.

The Grand Secretary is now sending by e-mail , Grand Chapter Announcements and other Chapter related info to Chapter Secretaries (or other computer owner),  using the style sec123chaptername@oes-nc.org.  E-mail sent to the below addresses are now automatically forwarded to their Secretary's or Worthy Matron's personal e-mail address.  These addresses can be used by you to send informal information as you wish.  Let other Chapters know of your "Sick & Cheer", and of special nights.  You don't have to worry about having to make updates when secretaries change their address, since all corrections will be made on our Grand Chapter site.  Don't forget to add the "@oes-nc.org" to the address.
