Ornaments- The “School Days” ornament of “The Little Red Schoolhouse” is an original design created by artists of NATIONS TREASURES.  The ornament in 24K gold-flashed brass replicates the Little Red Schoolhouse in Mississippi where Rob Morris originated his first writings for the Ritual of The Order of the Eastern Star.  This is the first ornament of this landmark in the nation.  The collectible treasure costs $10.00, and all proceeds go to the Grand Chapter Scholarship fund.  State Chairman – Helen Lentz (704-782-5255),  Co-Chair – Peggy Pilson.

Umbrellas -The “Singing in the Rain” umbrella with the state of North Carolina imprinted on one of its panels costs $10.00. Umbrella colors are black, navy blue, royal blue, green, and red.  At least two of each color will go to each subordinate chapter.  All profits go to the Grand Chapter Scholarship fund.  State Chairman – Alice Jane Jones

BBQ Sauce - The “Carolina Whistler Gourmet BBQ Sauce” features a recipe by one of our own members and is bottled in North Carolina.  The Sauce features a nutritional value chart on its 16-oz. container.  The “Carolina Whistler” costs $5.00 a bottle, with proceeds going to the Grand Chapter Scholarship Fund.  Orders will be taken at Chapters soon, and delivery will be about same time as the peanuts.  State Chairman – Tom Collie;     Co-Chair – Thomas Setzer, Co-Chair – Pamala Hall.

Peanuts - Peanuts will once again be sold with the proceeds going to the NC Eastern Star Foundation.  Orders will be taken.  Roasted and raw peanuts will be available.  Cost:  $3.50 for raw peanuts (2 lb. bag) and $1.50 for roasted (12 oz.).  State Chairman – Kornell Hooker;  Co-Chair – Al Haynes
